Organizers of the Langley City Terry Fox Run are looking for volunteers to help things run smoothly on the day of the event.

The annual cancer fundraiser takes place on Sunday, Sept. 16, from approximately 8:30 am. until noon in Douglas Park, 20550 Douglas Cres.

Among the roles that need to be filled are run route marshals, who ensure walkers and runners are cheered on and stay on course.
