Langley Lodge recently received its accreditation, credentials that facilities must have to operate.
But the complex care facility didn’t just make the grade, the lodge received top honours – accreditation with exemplary standing.
Accreditation is done by specialized assessors who examine every aspect of a facility such as Langley Lodge, marking them to a national standard.
“Achieving the highest rating is a testament to the dedication and effort made by everyone associated with the Lodge,” said Jeremy Sutton, president of the Langley Care Society board.
Langley Lodge is the only residential care home in Langley to earn exemplary standing.
Langley Care Society is a non-profit long-term care provider, which operates the lodge. The society was incorporated in 1974.
