More and more people find they are moving into strata properties in this real estate market.
The Langley Seniors’ Resource Centre is helping people understand some of the finer points of strata living with a free workshop on Oct. 12.
The presentation covers many facets of strata living including strata councils, strata fees, contingency reserve funds, unit entitlement, insurance coverage, strata bylaws and rules.
The information session is at the seniors’ centre, 20605 51B Ave., from 1:30 to 3 p.m. It’s open to all. RSVP at 604-530-3020.
