The fifth season of In the Gallery continues at Langley Cineplex, providing art lovers access into the lives of renowned master artists David Hockney and Paul Cézanne, their art and the galleries that house their works.

Audiences will get an up close look at the amazing works of Hockney, one of Britain’s most popular artist, and French post-Impressionist painter Paul Cézanne.

Cézanne - Portraits of a Life features interviews with curators and experts from the National Portrait Gallery London, MoMA New York, National Gallery of Art Washington, and Musée d’Orsay Paris, interviews with his Great-grandson Philippe Cézanne and correspondence from the artist himself. The film takes audiences beyond the exhibition to the places Cézanne lived and worked and sheds new light on the life and work of this hugely influential artist.
