Langley Township business owner Sunny Hundal is running for Langley Township council.

Hundal, who has lived in the Lower Mainland since 1999, said he wants to keep the Township’s infrastructure growing along with the local population “so that there is no trade-off between a growing Langley and our quality of life.”

If elected, he wants to work to support small businesses and keep taxes low to ensure there are local jobs for future generations.

Transportation is also on his agenda, including expanding 208th Street and increasing the availability of transit.

“Families are the core of Langley’s strength and what will make Langley’s future bright,” Hundal said. “I’m running to make sure we remain a livable city, with good jobs, and a strong community.”
