Spiritual coach and public speaker Anne Bérubé will be sharing how she learned to experience life richly, fully, and true to her soul’s calling, during a book signing event at Nature’s Fare in Langley this Sunday, June 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In her new book, Be Feel Think Do, Bérubé shares her remarkable personal journey. At 23 years old, she was in a near-fatal car accident. Trapped and unable to breath, she had a breakthrough moment of clarity. Despite this, the following years were marked by chronic pain and emotional turmoil.
Through introspection and much education, she came to think very differently about her life. She now speaks across North America about the importance of being – that is, of listening to oneself and appreciating life. Her advice belies her age: she is vivacious, down to earth and highly relatable.
Bérubé has a Bachelor of Education (Leadership Focus), a Master of Arts (Literature) from Queens University, and a PhD in Comparative French and Francophone Literatures from the Université Bordeaux 3 in France, in addition to training at the Centre for Applied Neuroscience.
She lives with her husband and two children in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Nature’s Fare is located at #120 19880 Langley Bypass. For more, visit www.anneberube.com.
