Having trouble getting started on that New Year’s resolution?
The Total Makeover Challenge could be perfect boost.
There are still two days to sign up for the 2018 challenge, which takes place in Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Vancouver.
Hosted by Shape Your World Society, the Total Makeover Challenge gives 30 women in each city the opportunity to improve their health, fitness and self-confidence in a dramatic way.
The four month program includes free workout classes, financial seminars, personal growth sessions, nutritional coaching, beauty tips and more.
Deadline to apply is Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 10 p.m.

On Jan. 18 and 19, a panel of judges will choose the winners, and the Langley leg will begin on Sunday, Jan. 21 with a meet and greet, weigh in and ‘before’ photos.
