An Aldergrove road is closed both ways due to a rollover crash Tuesday morning, Dec. 5, around 6:20 a.m.

Two vehicles crashed on 264th Street near Robertson Crescent this morning. One can be seen rolled on its side, and the other is seriously damaged.

A Volkswagen sedan was travelling south on 264th Street and a pick up truck was north on the same street. It attempted a left turn onto Robertson Crescent heading west when the vehicles collided, explained Cpl. Craig van Herk of Langley RCMP.

“The driver and passenger of the sedan have been taken to hospital with serious, significant injuries,” he added.

Langley Community Crisis Intervention Team (CCIT) is on scene.

Police have blocked 264th Street between Fraser Highway and 48th Avenue. Van Herk estimates it will be closed until at least 11 a.m.
