A collision between a pickup truck and a small SUV in Langley sent two people to hospital and left both vehicles in the ditch early this morning.
Langley RCMP said a Honda CRV was westbound and a GMC half-ton was heading north when the crash occurred near the stop sign at the intersection of 256 Street and 64 Avenue at 6:35 a.m.
The female driver of the Honda was reportedly semi-conscious but was showing signs of recovery by the time she was airlifted to hospital aboard an air ambulance.
The male driver of the pickup truck appeared to be uninjured, but was transported to Langley Memorial Hospital by ground ambulance for a precautionary exam.
The initial investigation suggests a possible stop sign infraction, police said.
