When something’s stored too high and out of reach, you use a step-ladder. So when a sound is too quiet, you turn up the volume, right? Well, sometimes it’s not that simple.

We then have an extensive follow up plan where we see our clients every one to two weeks for the first few months and once the client is comfortable with their hearing aids we see them every four months as part of our maintenance program.”
