Calla and the rest of the DealerShift team have experienced that unpleasantness from both sides: as customers, and as co-workers at a traditional manufacturer dealership. Even though they believed in transparency as individuals, the business model of these traditional dealerships made it impossible to improve the shopping experience. So they started their own used car dealership.
