The Langley Hospice Society has its annual memorial event where people can commemorate their deceased loved ones. Mental Health Family Support and Respite Program

Harvest boxes

The Harvest Box program offers three kinds of produce packages to encourage healthier eating. The Harvest Value Box is $8. Each box contains at least seven varieties of fruits and vegetables. The Harvest Local Box also has at least seven varieties, sourced as locally as possible and costs $15. The Harvest BOGO Box, $15, is a value box for oneself and a value box for a local family in need. All are available for pick up on the 2nd and last Thursday of the month at the Douglas Recreation Centre. The Langley Lions Club offers bingo every Tuesday at Evergreen Lodge, 5464 203rd St. Doors open at 4pm with Bonanza pre call at 5:30pm, cards sold at 6 and games at 7pm. Concession opens at 5pm.
