The five Langley candidates in the federal election will be hosted by Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce at its Tuesday, April 19 dinner meeting.
The event is called “A Conversation with our Federal Candidates”, and will be an interview hosted by Chamber president Milt Kruger. He and members of the audience will ask them questions on business-related issues.
Planning to attend are Piotr Majkowski (New Democratic Party), Mark Warawa (Conservative Party of Canada), Rebecca Darnell (Liberal Party of Canada), Carey Poitras (Green Party of Canada) and Craig Nobbs (Pirate Party of Canada).
"Being able to host all five of our federal candidates at the April dinner meeting gives our members an opportunity to hear first hand their positions on many business related issues,” said Kruger. “The evening will be very informative and very well attended. I would advise our members and guests to book their tickets early."
