The City of Langley is hosting an open house, asking the public for feedback on a new master plan for City Park.

The City of Langley is inviting members of the public to an open house on Wednesday (June 1) to provide feedback on the new plan for changes to City Park.

The event will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at HD Stafford Middle School.

This will be second open house meant to gauge public opinion on plans for the park, which may include additional parking, artificial turf fields, a new field house and new play area for children.

"Comments from the previous public and stakeholder meetings have been used to create a final draft plan," reads a press release from the City.

"Once the feedback on the final draft Master Plan is received and any resulting changes made, the Master Plan will be presented to Council for adoption."
