I could be with the right combination of infrastructure and community input. I encourage the community to participate in the creation of a plan that is liveable for the residents there now and the residents that will be there in the future.

Yes. With the appropriate planning data, Development Cost Charges (DCC’s) and Amenity Cost Charges (ACC’s) I could be in favour of high rises. We would need greater and adequate consultation with the neighborhood.
18. Should more firefighters be hired, even if it means a tax increase?
With increased Development Cost Charges (DCC’s), and the creation of Amenity Cost Charges (ACC’s) there should be adequate funding available from present taxes to hire and fulfill the required staffing levels.
