Just in time for Mother's Day, the Kiwanis Club of Langley offers up hanging baskets.
Sales run April 30, and May 2, 5, 7 and 9 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the lobby of Langley Memorial Hospital (main entrance).
The baskets are $25 each and are locally grown. The baskets are 12 inches in diameter and contain seven to 10 plants apiece. This is the club's seventh annual basket sale.
Proceeds will go to the Langley Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, seniors programs at Langley Lodge, music access programs for children, the Kiwanis Fraser Valley Music Festival, which had more than 6,700 people take part in last year, the Kiwanis Children's Cancer Program at BC Children's Hospital, and other causes.
