Langley City council has voted not to post signs advising residents that water restrictions are in effect.
A Parks and Environment Advisory Committee report recommended that Langley City follow the path of other municipalities, like the Township of Langley, and put up signs to show the current level of water restrictions in the community.
Council agreed that the cost of the signs would be too high and that water restrictions information can already be easily found on the City of Langley website, www.city.langley.bc.ca.
