VIDEO: Two vehicles crash in rural Langley

One car ended up in someone’s front yard

Emergency crews were called to a crash at the intersection of 240th Street and 48th Avenue midday on Friday.

Three people were still in the vehicles when the Township fire crews arrived. Township fire assistant chief Kevin Snowdon said there were no injuries but several people involved were assessed by BC Ambulance personnel.

An older sedan came to rest on the lawn of a home at the intersection.

Snowdon said the lid from a well was knocked off, posing a safety hazard.

Traffic was down to one lane as Langley RCMP, Township fire crews and BC Ambulance personnel helped those involved.
