CHUBEY, Doreen (Dean) Dell
June 1, 1938 - Aug 13, 2009
Dean was born in a small cabin in Bapaume Sask. to Bill and Mary How. At the age of 2 they moved to the Lake Huron area in Ontario where she spent the next nine years before moving to the Clayton Hills area in Cloverdale. Here she met her husband Bill and they raised their family in Langley for many years. After 12 years of retirement in the Princeton area she came back to Langley for a brief battle with her illness.
She enriched the lives of all who knew her and will be greatly missed. Loving and devoted Wife, Mother, Sister, Friend and Grandmother. Survived by her husband Bill and three sons Gary (Robin), Stan, Larry (Judi). Grandchildren Mitch and Devon. Sister Joyce Ionel (Nick) of Ontario.
Celebration of life to be held September 10 at the Langley Seniors Centre from 2:15 to 5 p.m. at 20605 51B Ave. In lieu of flowers a donation in Dean's memory may be made to Canadian Celiac Association or the National Osteoporosis Foundation.
