Survived by her husband Mervin of 48 years, son Michael (Tammy), daughter Susan (Jimmy), six grandchildren Carson, Rylan, Marcus, Jacob, Mason and Reese. Predeceased by her parents and brother and is survived by her sister Joan (George) Vernon, nieces & nephews.
Dorothy loved to garden and spent many hours in her favourite garden at their home on Rose Lake. She also enjoyed quilting and baking with her grandchildren. Her world truly revolved around her 6 grandchildren who she loved dearly.
The family would like to thank Dr. J. Steyl and all of the nurses and caregivers at Cariboo Memorial Hospital.
As beautiful as a rose to see, Was her she lived so gracefully. She made things precious by her touch, Her selfless love lives on in each of us. The petals of her life fell one by one, Each a gift of her heart 'Til there were non.
Yet her radiance blooms once again In fields of glory with no end.
