BOTHELL: Jack Dean - passed away suddenly at his residence in Langley on August 2, 2004.
Born April 16, 1946 in North Vancouver, the son of Jack and Alice Bothell (nee Taylor); raised in North Vancouver, lived in Chilliwack and in Langley for the past 14 years; he is survived by his sister Gail (Ian) McNairnay of Armstrong.
