Jim was welcomed into the presence of his Lord and Savior on August 8th, 2017. Jim was born in Norre Snede, Denmark on March 25th, 1928. He immigrated with this family in 1958 and settled in the Langley area. He worked as an auto mechanic and opened the Esso Service Station at Fraster and #10 Higghway in 1971. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Karen, Daughter Beth, son John (Beverly), grandchildren David (Renee), Krista (Jonathan) and great granddaughter Noelle. A memorial service celebration Jim’s life will be held Sunday September 17th, 2:30 p.m. at Langley Evangelical Free Church, at the corner of 208 and 48th avenue.
