VANBUGNUM, Jeff. It is with great sorrow and disbelief that we announce the sudden passing of Jeff at the age of 75. He was born in Holland, into a large family, during hard times and the war. Through tough training in the army, Jeff became the very proud owner of the green beret (Commando). He served in New Guinea and later immigrated to Canada where he worked long hours and reached his goal. Jeff lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every minute, yet there was still so much he wanted to do. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Tina; children: Peggy (Karl); Raymond (Chris); Rick (Jane) and Bernice (Drew); grandchildren: Megan, Melissa, Ricky, Trevor, Taylor; Zachary, Joeline, Tyler, Deanne and Natalie, numerous relatives in Holland and many friends around the world. A visitation will be held on Friday September 21st from 11:00-12:00 pm with a Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 pm from Henderson's Langley Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Hwy, (604)530-6488. Contributions may be made to the childrens charity of your choice, in lieu of flowers.
