BORDIGNON, Karen Lynn

(nee Kuppers)

June 24, 1953 - January 24, 2009

Karen slipped away peacefully at Langley Memorial Hospice after a 3 year battle with cancer. Karen is survived by her loving parents Ivor & Marion Kuppers, her best buddy & husband Dennis of 36 years; her

greatest blessings, son Michael (Kori), grandsons Brandon & Taylor and

beloved daughter Tricia (Eric).

Karen leaves her big brother Tom

Kuppers (Cathie) and little sister Pat Hamilton (Ron Dyck) and their families. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Sheila Martin, brothers and sisters-in-law Jeff & Penny Bordignon, Tony & Darcy Bordignon, Mary & Johnny

Cowan & their families.

Karen was a Handidart driver in Langley since 1998. She loved her job, her customers & caring co-workers.

Karen & Dennis loved to travel, and took some memorable vacations.

Karen was a life-long member of TOPS, where she met many of her wonderful friends. Karen enjoyed crafting, especially cross-stitch & watercolour, but would try her hand at anything. She volunteered with the Langley Christmas Bureau for 10 years.

Sometimes life gives us one best friend, but life was doubly good to

Karen in the persons of Ronni Blake & Sandy Friesen. Your years of friendship & support were exceptional. No service by request. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army's Gateway Project would be appreciated; c/o The Salvation Army.
