JOHNSTON, Maxine Evans (nee Porter)
Maxine was born in Murrayville, BC on April 20, 1915 to P.Y. and Nellie Porter and passed away peacefully on January 14, 2010. Maxine is survived by her son, Eldon (Sandra), and her daughter, Penny Rawlings, her grandchildren, Aaron, Sarah (Don),
Lisa (Neal), Alana (John) and Blair, her great-grandsons,
Aidan, Declan and Graysen
and her sister, Joyce Hille. Maxine was predeceased by her husband, Robert, her brothers, Laverne and Eldon, her sister, Arlene Marks, and her son-in-law, Michael
Rawlings.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at Sharon United Church on Saturday, March 13 @ 2:00 pm. If friends so
desire, donations may be made to Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.
