BYKER: Olga Linda. Linda was born February 20, 1932 in Endeavor, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully on Friday, November 12, 2004 at Vancouver General Hospital with her family and close friends by her side.
She was predeceased by her father Harry Karpuk, sister Hilda and niece Sandra.
She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters Ellen, Kathy and her grandson Zachairy Marshall; mother Bella Karpuk and six sisters, Kay (Jim) Gardiner, Edna Wickenhaiser; Alice (Dean) Ellis, Ruth (Russ) Bobby, Bernice (Allan) Wiwcharuk and Sheila (Kirk) Chupik; her step son Bruce (Pat) Marshall and family; nieces and nephews, Mitchell and Rachel (Gardiner); Dale, Betty and Mark (Wickenhaiser), and Derrick (Wiwcharuk) and their families.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2004 from 2-4 p.m. at Fraser Heights Funeral Home, 14835 Fraser Highway, Surrey. Our mom's homecoming celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2004. We welcome family and friends between the hours of 11am and 4pm with a service at 1pm at the Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club, 1284 184th Street, Surrey.
