PORTER, Philip Porter born May 15, 1963 in Manchester, England, passed away surrounded by family on April 23, 2003 at VGH. He was a kind, caring and very loving person, who gave to everyone and will always be loved and missed by family and friends. Philip is survived by his mom and dad (Derek and Wenda Porter), his sister Janet, husband Scott, children Karly and Richard; his brother Geoff, wife Holly, children Dustin, Tanya and Melanie; his sister Lisa, and her child Tyler. Philip has three children Krista, Jeremy and Stacy. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff on 10th flr West at VGH for the wonderful and compassionate care Philip received. The family would also like to thank everyone at the B.C. Transplant Society for all their help and encouragement.
