SWANNELL: Philip Wm. (Bill). Born June 9, 1919 passed away on Sunday, November 18 in Langley, B.C. Bill was predeceased by his parents, brother, and his loving wife Ena. He is survived by family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Newlands Golf and Country Club at 21025-48th Ave in Langley on Friday, November 30 @ 1:00 p.m.
