It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Bob Poole on February 2, 2023 at Langley Memorial Hospital with his family by his side.
Bob was predeceased by his parents Charles and Dorothea (Dot) and his first wife Marlene (Mugs).
He is survived by his loving family, wife Sharon, son Rob (Lori), daughter Lori, grandchildren Cori (Cody), Bob (Jessica), Shelby, Cameron (Brooke), and Steven (Lori); great-granddaughter Giana and great-granddaughter on the way (Cam & Brooke).
And his second family, Paige (Allen), Carmel (Clay), grandchildren Ben, Joe (Nicole), Conner and Carter; and his brothers and sister Ed (Mandy), Don (Jan), Donna (Mike) and Tom; nieces, nephews and his many dear friends.
Bob was in the food industry all of his working years, he started bagging groceries at 16, and over the years' worked his way up to Western Regional Manager of Food Service at Kraft Foods, retiring at 56.
He loved spending time with family, traveling and sports, especially golf.
Bob was a strong man with great patience and a kind, loving, generous heart, with the greatest love for his family and friends.
He will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
A private family interment and celebration of life to be held at a later date.
