Stuart MCINTOSH

MCINTOSH, Stuart N., born October 7, 1927 in Lancaster, Ontario passed away at Langley, B.C. on March 2, 2012. Predeceased by his parents, sister Mary, and brother M.D. Left to mourn, sister Elma Evans, Sidney, B.C., Glenn MacIntosh (Beverley), Ottawa, Ontario and Kenn MacIntosh (Nicole), North Bay, Ontario and many relatives and friends in Canada and the U.S. especially Valle Lunzmann and Wally Prystupa. Stu attended schools in Ontario, visited the west coast of B.C.in 1947 and stayed, working as a small equipment operator at Prince Rupert, Kemano and Kitimat. After obtaining a welding certificate, his work took him to many different areas in the construction industry. Before retirement he worked for Fraser Mills, Coquitlam, B.C. as a welder millwright. At that time he was owner and herdsman for a small herd of registered Black Angus cattle in Langley. After retirement Stu learned to graft and bud heritage fruit trees using Blue Mason bees as pollinators and was a member of the B.C. Fruit Testers Association. If so desired, contributions to a charity of your choice in Stu's name would be appreciated by the MacIntosh family. Cremation and no funeral service as requested.
