Sylvia was born in Sheffield, England and came to Canada in the 50's. Sylvia worked at RGH until her retirement. Sylvia loved music, reading and a good joke.
Sylvia is survived by her five (5) children. Dave (Heather South-Smith), Del (Holly Pringle), Duane, Jane Gibbons (Rob Gibbons), Johnathon (Anh Smith), along with her Grandchildren, Adam, Anne (Kelly), Michael (Brittany), Sean (Kirstin), Sam (Taylor), Kayla and Parker and Great Grandchildren, Caden, Everly, Addison, Sebastian, Westley and Hannah. Predeceased by her granddaughter Megan H. South.
