SCHIERER: Walter Murray - June 25, 1918 - February 2, 2005.
With great sadness we announce the passing of Walter Murray Schierer. Walter was born in Ponoka, Alberta and was a Langley resident since 1965. He was predeceased by Evelyn, his wife of 55 years and Maudie, his wife of 2 years and is survived by three sisters, Laura, Alice and Dorothy; five sons, Glen (Marilyn), Brian (Sue), Rick, Don (Jacquie) and Allan (Concetta); many grandchildren, great grandchildren and other beloved family members.
Funeral service will be held Monday, February 7 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shrine Temple, 3550 Wayburne, Burnaby. Reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shriner's Hospital for Children would be appreciated.
