William Duncan (Bill) FRASER

FRASER, William Duncan (Bill), aged 83 years passed away peacefully after a short illness on April 27, 2003 at Sechelt, B.C. Predeceased by his wife Lily-Mae in 1991. Survived by his daughter Judy (Jack) Malnarick; son Duncan (Mary) Fraser; son Graeme (Laurie) Fraser; grandchildren Jolene, Jarrett (tina) Malnarick, Scott, Steven (Brie) Fraser, Greg, Jena and Kris Fraser. His twin sister Emily Campbell (jack) and many nieces and nephews. Bill had a long and adventurous life starting his career as a machinist at Boeings Air Craft during WWII. He continued in his career, eventually founding W.D. Fraser Ltd. Industrial Plastics in North Vancouver. He was well respected as a pioneer in the plastics industry. Bill retired to Sechelt in the early 70;s and with his wife he pursued his passion with the game of golf. He was well known in many golf courses in the United States and Canada and enjoyed his remaining years on and off the links residing in Langley, B.C. Bill will be missed and not forgotten by his family and his many friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday, May 1st, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. to celebrate Bill's life at Henderson's Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Highway, Langley, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations welcome to support the B.C. Heart Foundation.
