Editor: As a Township of Langley resident south of the freeway, I eagerly look forward to the new 216 Street access point to streamline traffic congestion and offer a new entry point into Walnut Grove.
There are environmental considerations in every area and at every type of development and we should be cognizant of those concerns, however, we cannot stop every project along the way.
There are many schools on main roads and intersections in Langley and of course we want to minimize pollution in all areas.
Thankfully, Air Care has accomplished much over the past 20 plus years to reduce air pollution by vehicles and emissions.
That has had a major impact on the air quality in all of Metro Vancouver, including Langley.
