Editor: I have been following with interest the situation at Forest Green manufactured home park (MHP), as I live in another such park in Langley Township.
For your readers’ information, Forest Green was never zoned as an MHP. However, there are at least four parks in Fernridge (Pineridge on 196 Street, Deer Creek on 198 Street, Cedar Lane on 200 Street and Fernridge on 24 Avenue) that are MHP’s and are zoned as such in the new OCP.
It is a wonderful lifestyle. Many of us would not live anywhere else.
There are several for sale at the moment and I would like to invite any one to come and see them.
