Back-to-back doubleheader sweeps on the road have the Langley Junior Blaze on a four-game win streak.

The Blaze improved to 14-5 in the B.C. Premier Baseball League standings after hammering the North Shore Junior Twins 15-3 and 13-1 on Saturday and then winning 4-0 and 8-7 over the Whalley Junior Chiefs on Sunday.

Terrell Rogers allowed just one hit over four innings in the first game against the Twins with Mack Berry and Michael Saulter driving in two runs apiece.

Game two saw Jayden Knight finish with three hits — including a triple — and five RBIs.

Daniel Martin struck out five for the win.

In the first game against the Chiefs, Colby Ring allowed just one hit while striking out nine over five innings.

Brendan Winning led the offence with a two-run double.

And the Blaze made it a perfect weekend with a one-run win over the Chiefs.

Ring had a two-run triple while Justin Lanigan also drove in a pair of runs.

Sasha Kamenjasevic earned the win, allowing four runs over five innings with five strikeouts.

Langley hosts the Chiefs on June 10 at McLeod Park. Game time is 7 p.m.
