Langley’s Adam Cornelson closed with a six-under 66 Saturday and won the Vancouver Open by a single shot at Swaneset Bay’s Resort Course in Pitt Meadows.
Cornelson’s round included birdies on the first four holes.
The Vancouver Golf Club member finished the 54-hole event at 12-under par to edge fellow PGA Tour Canada regulars Riley Wheeldon of Comox and Michael Gligic of Burlington, Ont.
Cornelson earned $10,000 for winning what is the marquee event of the Vancouver Golf Tour.
