Yorkson Creek Wolves’ Zac Siegemund makes a diving attempt for the ball during Grade 8 boys volleyball at Yorkson Creek Middle School last week (Oct. 22). The Wolves fell to the Brookswood Bobcats three sets to none.

The action is heating up on the volleyball court as Langley high schools compete for the crown of district champs.

The quarter-finals are underway today (Thursday) with the semifinals on Monday for both Grade 8 boys and girls teams.

The gold and bronze medal games will be played on Tuesday (Nov. 3) at the Langley Events Centre.

The junior boys and girls medal games will be played on Thursday (Nov. 5) also at the LEC.
