Hundreds of riders hit the track as Langley BMX hosts major event

Joe Rasmussen (#327) from Langley trails Kevin Hill (#51) from Vernon in the A Pro class race on Saturday as Langley BMX hosted the Canada BMX Borderline Nationals over the weekend. The two-day event was at the Langley BMX track and attracted hundreds of riders of all ages. Riders from around the province, as well as Alberta, Washington state, California and Arizona took part with a total of 219 races held. Below: Mason Lavigne (#716), Hunter Perry (#700), Mason McIntyre (#244) and Kyler McCotter (#756) were among the local Langley riders in the field.

A few hundred riders hit the hills as Langley BMX hosted the Canada BMX Borderline Nationals over the weekend.

The two-day event at the Langley BMX track attracted riders as young as two-years-old and some that were in their 60s.

Riders from around the province, as well as Alberta, Washington state, California and Arizona.

One hundred and thirteen races were held on Saturday and another 106 on the Sunday.
