Jarrett Toll (#43) has re-signed for two more seasons with the Vancouver Stealth. He was one of six players and seven free agents the National Lacrosse League club inked for the 2017 season.

The National Lacrosse League season is six months away, but the Vancouver Stealth are beginning to shape their roster for the 2017 National Lacrosse League season.

The Stealth re-signed six players as well as inking another seven free agents earlier this week (Aug. 2).

“Both Jamie (Batley) and I have spent a lot of time so far this summer identifying players whom we feel fit the style we plan to play in the coming season,” said Stealth general manager Doug Locker.

“We have a lot more work to do and additional players whom we will be signing in the coming weeks. We will be constantly looking at ways to improve our club heading into the 2017 season.”

Keegan Bal, Brandon Clelland, Travis Cornwall, Cody Hagedorn and Chris O’Dougherty all signed one-year agreements for another go-around with Vancouver. Jarrett Toll inked a two-year deal.

The team also added free agents Justin Goodwin, Jordan McBride, Evan Messenger, Tyson Roe, Billy Saxton, Dane Sorenson and Tanner Theede.

All of the contracts are pending league approval.

The Stealth are also preparing for the NLL entry draft on Sept. 26.

The season begins in January with Vancouver looking to make the post-season after a three-year absence.
