Should the government do more?

Forest fires are raging all over Canada, from Halifax to British Columbia.

B.C. is vast and many areas are difficult to access, which can make controlling and extinguishing forest fires hard. But given the frequency and intensity of fires, should we be putting more resources into wildfire fighting here in B.C.?
