Should Langley Township or the community put a memorial in place?

This week, we ask if there should be a permanent memorial to Carson Crimeni, the teen who died of an apparent drug overdose while older teenagers allegedly laughed and filmed him, at the Walnut Grove Skate Park? A temporary and impromptu memorial is expected to be cleared away after Labour Day.
